1. Who operates this website

www.berihimestudio.com is operated by Berihime Studio, Enkeltmandsvirksomhed (ENK) — Danish sole proprietorship, CVR 46254244, EU VAT DK46254244, registered office Jenny Kammersgaards Vej 17, 2. th, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, email info@berihimestudio.com. The company was registered on 12.02.2026 under industry code 582100, Udgivelse af videospil.

2. What this website is

This is an informational business-to-business website for a video game publisher. It describes publishing services offered to game developers and studios. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a publishing agreement. No product is sold here, no payment is taken here, and no account can be created here.

3. The simulator is an illustration

The Publishing Engine Console calculates figures from values you enter yourself, using whole-euro arithmetic. Its output is an illustration for planning purposes. It is not an offer, a quote, a valuation, a forecast or a promise of sales, revenue, funding or any other outcome, and nothing you can produce with it binds Berihime Studio. Actual storefront commission, refund rates and withholding taxes depend on your platform, your territory and your own agreements.

4. Submitting a pitch

By submitting a game through this website you confirm that:

• you are acting for a business, not as a consumer;
• you hold, or can lawfully license to us, every right needed to publish and market the game, including all assets, fonts, audio, music and middleware in the build;
• the submission infringes no third party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting costs nothing. We charge no fee to read, review, list or consider a game, and we sell no placement, coverage or publishing decision.

Sending a pitch transfers nothing. You keep every right in your game. We acquire no licence, no option and no exclusivity by receiving it. We treat what you send as confidential and use it only to evaluate the submission and reply to you. We cannot, however, treat as confidential anything that is already public, that we already had, or that we later develop independently — and games in a common genre do get pitched to us more than once.

Please send a link rather than an attachment. This website accepts no file uploads.

5. Business we do not take on

Berihime Studio does not publish, promote or work on:

• real-money gambling, betting, casino or loot-box-for-cash products
• adult or sexually explicit content
• games built around the promotion of financial products, crypto-assets or token sales
• titles that infringe another party intellectual property, including asset flips and unlicensed fan works
• games whose core loop is the sale of cheats, grey-market keys, accounts or modified clients
• anything unlawful in Denmark or in the territory where it would be published

In particular, we do not operate, promote or facilitate real-money gambling in any form, and we do not publish adult content. A submission in one of these categories is declined without further review.

6. Intellectual property on this site

The text, layout, code, logo and graphics of this website belong to Berihime Studio unless stated otherwise. Game, platform, storefront and engine names that appear here are the trademarks of their respective owners; they are used only to describe release destinations and tooling, and their use implies no endorsement, affiliation or authorisation. Berihime Studio is not an authorised, official or certified partner of any platform holder.

If you believe material published here infringes your rights, write to info@berihimestudio.com with the work, the URL and the basis of your claim. We take the material down while we review it and reply to you in writing.

7. What we do not warrant

The website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available so far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we give no guarantee of any commercial outcome for a game — ours or anyone else’s. Where services are agreed, the written agreement governs and this page does not vary it.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. Subject to that, Berihime Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost business opportunity arising from the use of this website or of figures produced by the simulator.

9. Links

Where this site links to a public register or an official source, we link to it so you can check what we say. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent Danish courts, with the court for the company’s registered office as the venue of first instance. Nothing in this clause removes a right you may have under mandatory law in your own country.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the moment you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes are reflected in the review date at the top of this page.
