Illustration only. Every figure above is calculated from the values you set, in whole euros. It is a planning tool, not an offer, a quote, a forecast or a promise of sales, revenue or funding. Real terms are agreed per title in a written term sheet, and actual storefront commission, refund rates and withholding taxes depend on your destination and territory. Berihime Studio gives no investment advice. The pitch-readiness score is a self-check, not an assessment, and says nothing about whether a game will be signed.

Four pillars, one release plan

What a Berihime Studio publishing engagement actually covers. Each pillar is a scope of work written into the agreement, not a slogan.

01

Multi-Platform Publishing

PC, console and mobile release planning, store setup and launch operations.

  • Store page, metadata and asset preparation for each destination
  • Age-rating and platform submission material prepared with the developer
  • Build, patch and hotfix cadence agreed before launch, not after

Destinations planned per title

02

  • Press kit, embargo plan and review-key distribution per territory
  • Creator and influencer outreach — paid collaborations always disclosed as ads
  • Wishlist, community and newsletter growth before the release window

03

Funding Readiness & Publishing-Contract Guidance

Production budgets, recoup scenarios, funding applications and plain-language term-sheet walkthroughs.

  • Line-by-line production budget with contingency and runway
  • Recoup and revenue-share scenarios modelled before signing
  • Preparation of material for public funding bodies and platform funds

Boundary

Planning support — not financial or legal advice

Detail

Berihime Studio does not provide investment advice or legal advice, does not offer or arrange financial products and is not authorised or supervised as a financial undertaking. We also do not claim to be an authorised partner of any platform holder: access to a storefront rests on the agreement between the rights holder and that platform.

From deck to term sheet

Four stages, written down so you know where a submission stands. We publish no response-time promise we have not measured.

  1. 01

    Submit your deck

Send the game, the team, the stage it is at and a playable or video build. There is no submission fee, and submitting does not transfer any right in your game to us.

  2. 02

    First read

We read every submission that meets the IP requirements below. If it is not a fit we say so plainly rather than leaving it open.

  3. 03

    Deep dive and modelling

For a fit, we play the build, model the budget and the recoup scenario together with you, and agree what a launch would actually need.

  4. 04

    Term sheet

A written term sheet setting out the revenue share, what is recoupable, the territory, the term, the platforms and how either side can exit. Nothing starts before it is signed.

Intellectual property, stated plainly

Publishing is a rights business. These are the rules we hold ourselves to before a title ever appears on this site.

  • R01Every title listed carries the developer, the rights holder, our publishing role and a public source where the credit can be checked.
  • R02We do not list a game we did not publish, co-publish or provide a named service for.
  • R03We use no third-party trademark, logo, key art or screenshot without the rights holder permission. Platform, storefront and engine names are the trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe destinations and tooling.
  • R04We are not an authorised, official or certified partner of any platform holder, and we do not describe ourselves as one.
  • R05If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to info@berihimestudio.com with the work, the URL and the basis for your claim; we will take it down while we review it.

Questions developers ask first

Does it cost anything to pitch a game to Berihime Studio?

No. There is no submission fee and no paid fast track. We do not charge developers to read, review or consider a game.

What revenue share does Berihime Studio take?

The split is agreed per title in a written term sheet and is calculated on net receipts, the money actually received from the storefront after its commission, refunds and withheld transaction taxes. The simulator on this site lets you model any split; it is an illustration, not an offer.

Who owns the game after signing?

The developer does. A publishing agreement grants a licence to publish and market for an agreed term, territory and platform set. Berihime Studio does not require an assignment of intellectual property.

Does Berihime Studio fund development?

Publisher funding is possible and is set in the individual agreement. We publish no funding pool, no maximum amount and no guarantee, because none of those would be a fact we could stand behind before reading a specific project.

Which games has Berihime Studio published?

None are listed yet. The company was registered on 12.02.2026, and we list a title only once its publisher credit can be checked on a public storefront. An empty catalogue is the honest state, not an oversight.

Is Berihime Studio a financial adviser?

No. We help studios prepare budgets and funding material. Berihime Studio is not authorised or supervised as a financial undertaking, gives no investment advice and offers no financial products.

Does Berihime Studio give legal advice on publishing contracts?

No. We explain our own term sheet in plain language, clause by clause, and we encourage every studio to have the agreement reviewed by its own independent lawyer before signing. Berihime Studio is not a law firm.

How can I verify that Berihime Studio is a real company?

CVR number 46254244 and EU VAT number DK46254244 are public. The CVR entry and the European Commission VIES validation service are both linked from the Legal Identity page.

Pitch your game

Tell us what you are building and what you need from a publisher. No submission fee, no exclusivity for sending it, and your intellectual property stays yours.

Before you send

  • You hold, or can lawfully license, every right in the game you are pitching.
  • The build contains no third-party asset, trademark or music you are not licensed to use.
  • The game is not in one of the excluded categories listed in our Terms of Service.
  • Send a link rather than an attachment — we do not accept file uploads through this site.

Game pitch & publishing proposal

There is no submission fee. Sending a pitch does not transfer any right in your game to Berihime Studio, and does not create a publishing agreement. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

How we use what you send

  • Controller. Berihime Studio, Jenny Kammersgaards Vej 17, 2. th, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, CVR 46254244. Questions and requests: info@berihimestudio.com.
  • What we collect and why. Studio name, contact person, email, game title, genre, target platforms and your message, so we can read and answer your pitch. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
  • Optional fields. Estimated budget and a link to your deck or build are optional and help us assess the project. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in evaluating a submission properly, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Leave them empty and your pitch is still read.
  • Optional tick-box. If — and only if — you tick the box, we may contact you about future publishing opportunities. That is consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and you can withdraw it at any time by email. It is never required to submit.
  • Retention. Pitch submissions are deleted 12 months after we receive them, or 36 months if you ticked the future-contact box. A scheduled job performs the deletion; it is not left to memory.
  • Who sees it. Only Berihime Studio and the hosting provider that stores the database on our instruction. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and use no automated decision-making or profiling on it.
  • Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Article 21. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
  • Anti-abuse. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. The address itself is never written to the database or to our logs.
