Submit your game deck

One form, no fee, and a written privacy notice printed beside it. Sending a pitch creates no agreement and transfers no right in your game to Berihime Studio.

Before you submit

Intellectual-property requirements

  • You hold, or can lawfully license to us, every right needed to publish the game.
  • Every asset, font, sound, music track and middleware in the build is licensed for commercial release.
  • No third-party trademark, character or brand appears without a licence you can show.
  • Generative-AI-assisted content, if any, is declared, and you can account for the rights in it.
  • The game is not in one of the excluded categories below.

Not for us

Excluded categories

  • real-money gambling, betting, casino or loot-box-for-cash products
  • adult or sexually explicit content
  • games built around the promotion of financial products, crypto-assets or token sales
  • titles that infringe another party intellectual property, including asset flips and unlicensed fan works
  • games whose core loop is the sale of cheats, grey-market keys, accounts or modified clients
  • anything unlawful in Denmark or in the territory where it would be published

The full list and its consequences are set out in the Terms of Service.

What happens next

  1. 01 Submit your deck. Send the game, the team, the stage it is at and a playable or video build. There is no submission fee, and submitting does not transfer any right in your game to us.
  2. 02 First read. We read every submission that meets the IP requirements below. If it is not a fit we say so plainly rather than leaving it open.
  3. 03 Deep dive and modelling. For a fit, we play the build, model the budget and the recoup scenario together with you, and agree what a launch would actually need.
  4. 04 Term sheet. A written term sheet setting out the revenue share, what is recoupable, the territory, the term, the platforms and how either side can exit. Nothing starts before it is signed.

We deliberately publish no turnaround promise. When we have measured one we can stand behind, it will appear here.

Game pitch & publishing proposal

There is no submission fee. Sending a pitch does not transfer any right in your game to Berihime Studio, and does not create a publishing agreement. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

How we use what you send

  • Controller. Berihime Studio, Jenny Kammersgaards Vej 17, 2. th, 8700 Horsens, Denmark, CVR 46254244. Questions and requests: info@berihimestudio.com.
  • What we collect and why. Studio name, contact person, email, game title, genre, target platforms and your message, so we can read and answer your pitch. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
  • Optional fields. Estimated budget and a link to your deck or build are optional and help us assess the project. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in evaluating a submission properly, GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Leave them empty and your pitch is still read.
  • Optional tick-box. If — and only if — you tick the box, we may contact you about future publishing opportunities. That is consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and you can withdraw it at any time by email. It is never required to submit.
  • Retention. Pitch submissions are deleted 12 months after we receive them, or 36 months if you ticked the future-contact box. A scheduled job performs the deletion; it is not left to memory.
  • Who sees it. Only Berihime Studio and the hosting provider that stores the database on our instruction. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and use no automated decision-making or profiling on it.
  • Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Article 21. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
  • Anti-abuse. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. The address itself is never written to the database or to our logs.

Illustration only. Every figure above is calculated from the values you set, in whole euros. It is a planning tool, not an offer, a quote, a forecast or a promise of sales, revenue or funding. Real terms are agreed per title in a written term sheet, and actual storefront commission, refund rates and withholding taxes depend on your destination and territory. Berihime Studio gives no investment advice. The pitch-readiness score is a self-check, not an assessment, and says nothing about whether a game will be signed.
